Call Center Representative – New Member Onboarding

Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
Type: Contract (with potential for Contract-to-Hire)

Help people feel supported from the very first hello.
We're looking for a compassionate and proactive Call Center Representative to support onboarding for a digital health platform focused on sleep, metabolic health, and overall wellness. You'll be the friendly voice that welcomes new members and guides them through setup, usage, and early support.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound welcome calls to newly enrolled members

  • Guide members through account setup and platform features

  • Answer inbound questions about onboarding, the app, and general support

  • Troubleshoot basic tech issues or access problems

  • Accurately document each interaction

  • Escalate complex problems appropriately

  • Share insights with internal teams to improve the member experience

What You Bring

  • 1+ years in a call center, customer service, or healthcare support role

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Confidence using digital tools and mobile apps

  • Patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset

  • Bonus: Experience in digital health or wellness

  • Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred

Job Details

  • Contract role via Tenavi Staffing (Staff Augmentation model)

  • Full-time (40 hrs/week)

  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience

  • Opportunity to convert to permanent hire based on performance
